Senior Teaching Assistant KS2

This post is required from January 2026, initially for two terms, due to budget constrains

The Governors of Church Walk C of E Primary School are seeking to appoint a Level 3 Senior Teaching Assistant to work for 20 hours per week, term time (Monday to Friday 8.30am – 12.30pm)   to work with children in Key Stage 2

You must hold a full and relevant level 3 qualification and be suitably experienced in working with children in Key Stage 2. Experience of working with children with ASC would also be an advantage.

We are seeking to appoint an innovative, proactive, enthusiastic person who:

• Has good communication skills and knowledge of the Key Stage 2 national curriculum.
• Can work effectively as part of a team.
• Promotes an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
 Has a calm and caring approach and is sympathetic to our Church school ethos
