Key Stage 4 Manager

Required for January 2026

Full time (37 hours per week), term time plus 1 week (39 weeks)

Furness Education Trust is a multi-academy trust based in Barrow in Furness, Cumbria serving the Furness community, located near the centre of the historic shipbuilding town, we are close to the southern boundary of the Lake District National Park. Currently comprised of seven schools including Furness Academy, Walney School and five primary schools, the Trust aims to develop best practice by collaborating and working together to give the best of everything to every child.

We are looking to appoint a talented and Inspiring Key Stage 4 Manager to integrate academic and pastoral support, giving guidance to students and their families, to promote effective participation, enhance individual learning, achievement, progress and aspirations. The Key Stage 4 Manager will be a primary point of contact for students across key stage 4 and would suit a resilient, highly driven and self-motivated individual, who will go the extra mile to ensure that our students achieve beyond their own expectations.
