How to order a new or replacement container
If you live in a residential property and your bin, bags and boxes are lost or damaged you can request a replacement.
When you make a request you will be asked if you want us to take away your old container. You must make sure that it is accessible for our staff to collect.

Requesting a large bin
To request a large bin (240 litres), you need to either have:
- 6 or more people in the family
- 5 people and 2 children in nappies
