What we’ve been up to
What a summer it’s been! We’ve had a great time running events for families across Eden and want to say a massive thank you to all the families who attended. Highlights included supporting Cumbria Wildlife Trust’s amazing nature clubs and running science workshops at Penrith library. We hosted a drop-in Breakfast Club at Penrith Family Hub three days a week during the summer. Finally, we finished strong with Dinosaur Day in Penrith where everyone had a roar-some time, particularly Herbie - the Family Hubs dinosaur.
What we’re looking forward to
On Thursday 10th September, we’ll be running the first of a monthly after-school nature club at Cold Springs in Penrith with Cumbria Wildlife Trust. The session runs from 5 to 6.30pm and is open to all children. Please see our Facebook page for more details or visit the Cumbria Wildlife Trust website.
We’ll also be running our twice-weekly Stay and Play sessions at Penrith Family Hub, Infant Feeding Support Group, Baby Explorers, Infant Massage and more. Please check out our What’s On page for dates and locations, as well as booking information. We hope to see you soon.
