Service charges
Your service charge includes the cost of maintaining the building and shared you live in. This may include services such as:
- cleaning
- lighting
- repairs
- maintenance
- other costs that benefit all residents
We'll send a bill each year, setting out these costs. The charges can vary, depending on the services provided to your building.
You're responsible for paying your service charge, in line with your lease agreement.

Repairs and our responsibilities
We're responsible for the service, repair, planned maintenance and improvement of the structure and common parts of your building.
This includes shared areas such as:
- entrances
- stairways
- external spaces that benefit all residents
