Replace your library membership card
What to do if you have lost your library membership card or would like a new card
If you lose your membership card
You can contact or visit your local library and the staff will send or give you a replacement. There may be a charge.
If you would like a new membership card
You will need to visit your local library and speak to a member of the team. Under 18s are allowed 5 replacement cards until a charge is made.
There is a charge of £1 to replace your library card which can be paid in the library.
