BS4 – £25,583 per annum (pro rata) £13.26 per hour plus living wage top up, term-time only plus 5 INSET days
Temporary contract (initially until 31st August 2026 due to staffing structure
Approx. 15 hours per week (Mon-Fri am)
Brunswick Infant School is seeking a positive, flexible and enthusiastic person to join our committed and hardworking school team. This is a key role in our busy office, where having a welcoming manner, excellent communication and organisational skills is essential. As an infant school, we welcome families into school throughout the day and you will be an important first point of contact for many.
We are looking for someone who:
• Provide a professional reception service including answering telephone calls, emails, queries and face to face enquiries
• Completing daily attendance and following up absence and attendance patterns
• Compiling the School Newsletter
• Playing a key role in organising fundraising events throughout the year
• Using school Management Information Systems such as Arbor
• Work collaboratively as part of a committed school team
Relevant experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
