As our school continues grow and as we say goodbye to two members of our school team
who are following new paths, we are looking for 3 wonderful TAs to support some of our
children with additional needs. We have 2 x 32.5 TA posts to support children and a
further 19.5 hour post.
We would be happy to consider an apprentice whether they are straight out of college or
for somebody considering a new career path (an apprentice would be offered an 18
month contract whilst they complete their apprenticeship)- Apprentice posts could only be
offered for 32.5 hours (including one day a week learning).
We would be happy to consider part time roles enabling the 32.5 hour posts to be shared.
One of the most important things in our school is a sense of Belonging and Justice, as a
result of this, we need anyone who applies to work with our school to also recognise the
importance of the school being a space where everyone belongs. Most of the roles will
involve some, if not all 1 to 1 work, small group work, some general support and will
include playground duty.
