1 x Full Time Permanent Teaching Post from September 2026
 

Due to expansion, the Governors of Sandside Lodge School are looking to recruit a full-time member of staff to join a dynamic and forward thinking teaching and learning team. They will be responsible for a class. Key stage to be decided dependent on experience and need.

Salary ECT / MPR  plus SEN 1 Allowance.

Sandside Lodge School caters for a range of SEND needs supporting students from the age of 4 to 19. Their EHCPs reflect very different individual needs, which may include behavioural or more sensory requirements to their learning. There are currently 104 students on roll.

The school opened September 2019 has a wide range of additional facilities such as a Trampoline Room, Aquatic Therapy, Experience Room, Gym, Sensory Movement and Regulation Room and its own Forest Schools area. We are proud of our students and our environment and are seeking to take on teachers with drive and a real interest in supporting students to reach their full potential.

SEND experience is necessary. ECT may apply if they have SEND experience via a placement. Our school leaders have a strong commitment to developing staff through targeted Continued Professional Development. We aim to empower our staff to offer the highest quality provision for our students.
