Administrative Support Personnel (Temporary

•    Hours: Temporary until 31 May 2027, full time (37 hours/week)
•    Full Year or Term Time only (40 working weeks) - to be discussed at interview
•    Salary: Grade 4. Full year salary: £25,583, (pro rata for term time - £22,568.56)

We are looking for an efficient and experienced professional to join our central Admin Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this is the perfect opportunity for you to support the students and staff of our popular school.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for UCC, our Admin Team is the face of the school. You will be at the heart of our operations, managing the reception desk, welcoming visitors and directing communications. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the school day runs smoothly.

This temporary position is to cover a secondment within the admin team.

About the successful candidate
You should have sound written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, effective organisational skills and be willing to learn on the job. You will have at least five higher passes at GCSE level (or equivalent), including English and maths; previous experience in an administrative role is desirable. We will provide full training for the successful candidate.
