The Role 
We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and reflective Key Stage 1 teacher to join our caring and dedicated team from September 2026.
The successful candidate will:
•    Be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils 
•    Be supportive of the Christian ethos of our school
•    Have experience of, or a strong interest in, teaching in Key Stage 1
•    Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive practice and high standards of achievement
•    Have experience of successful subject leadership, or the capacity and ambition to lead a curriculum area effectively
•    Be able to monitor, evaluate and contribute to the development of a subject across the school
•    Be creative, flexible and able to motivate and inspire young learners
•    Work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to school life

•    Is reflective and committed to their own professional development
