Class Teacher – Maternity Cover
Required from: September 2026
Contract: Full time, fixed term until 31st August 2027
Salary and grade: MPR (grade depending on experience)

The children, staff and governors of St James’ CE Junior School are looking to appoint an experienced highly motivated, well organised enthusiastic teacher to join our wonderful dedicated team from September 2026. The post is a fixed-term contract for 1 year due to maternity cover.

The successful candidate will:

•    Be an excellent classroom practitioner, planning and delivering engaging, inclusive carefully sequenced lessons
