Furness Education Trust is a multi-academy trust based in Barrow in Furness, Cumbria serving the Furness Community, located near the centre of the historic shipbuilding town, we are close to the southern boundary of the Lake District National Park. Currently comprised of seven schools including Furness Academy, Walney School and five primary schools, the Trust aims to develop best practice by collaborating and working together to give the best of everything to every child.

We require a positive, enthusiastic and inspiring teacher to join our experienced Art department teaching Art and Photography. We are seeking an outstanding classroom practitioner with an artistic flair and positive attitude to join our team. This would be suitable for an early career teacher wishing to start or develop their career in a growing school and multi academy trust.

You will:
• Secure high-quality teaching and learning and lead by own example.

• Work with the head of department and colleagues to develop departmental expertise and to enrich students learning.
