Part-time Teaching Assistant and Midday Supervisor  

Due to an increase in pupil numbers, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our wonderful team at Dent CE VA Primary School. 

We are a thriving, ambitious school in the heart of beautiful Dentdale.

We are looking to appoint a committed and passionate Teaching Assistant and Midday lunch Supervisor to provide classroom support for 5 mornings a week (8.30-12 noon Monday to Friday) and to supervise our lunch time (12-1pm). 

Please indicate on your application form if you would be willing to lead any additional breakfast clubs (8-8.40am) or after school club sessions (3.15-4.15). 

This role is divided into 2 contracts:
TA Salary: PCD 5 £25,989 per annum, pro rata (hourly rate £13.47) 17.5 hours per week
Midday Supervisor Salary: PCD 3 £24,796, per annum, pro rota (hourly £12.85) 5 hours per week. 
Term Time Only. Fixed-Term Contract for 1 year. This post will be initially for 1 year and will continue depending on funding.

The successful candidate will need at least a relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification and recent experience of working as a teaching assistant.
