Senior Administrative Officer - Compliance  

Role start date: 1st September 2026

Grade: BS9 – £34,434 - £35,412 (pa pro rata for part time/term time working).
Reports to: HR Lead and Headteacher  
Location: Sandgate School – upper and lower site.
Hours: Part-time, Permanent (20–25 hours per week, term-time only working pattern)

We are seeking to appoint an organised, efficient administrator to lead and coordinate administrative processes supporting premises management, health and safety (H&S) compliance, contractor management, procurement, and policy implementation across our 2 school sites.

A key focus of this role is the coordination and development of robust H&S compliance systems, including supplier management, statutory inspections, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of safety practices.
