Notes on NN mitigation site monitoring fees
Fees are a one-off payment. They cover monitoring costs for a minimum of 80 years.
Land use change schemes based on annual monitoring for the first three years. This is followed by monitoring at five yearly intervals, starting in year five.
Wetland based on annual monitoring for the first three years, then bi-annually.
