This appointment comes at an important point for our school. We are looking for a Headteacher who will cherish what makes Brough School special whilst bringing the
vision, confidence and ambition to help every child flourish. The successful candidate will lead with warmth and integrity, build strong relationships and ensure that teaching, learning, safeguarding and wellbeing remain at the centre of school life.
We are looking to appoint a dynamic, person centred, forward thinking Headteacher, who is capable of leading, developing and nurturing our delightful little school. You will be a leader who is able to balance whole-school strategic management with a strong connection to our local community.
