Cleaning Operative
Responsible for: Carrying out a range of cleaning duties in order to help maintain a safe, clean, welcoming environment for our whole school community.
Contract: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 3.30pm -5.30pm – 10 hours per week.
Salary: OP1 Grade 1 - £25,614 pro rata for part time working. £13.28 per hour.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic member of staff to join our friendly, supportive and motivated cleaning team. Ideally, the candidate will have previous cleaning experience, however training is available and mentoring in the team is ongoing. This is a team that collaborates very successfully, in large part due to an experienced, present and supportive line manager.
Requirements:
Previous experience preferred but training and mentoring will be given
Reliable and hardworking, with a keen eye for detail
Able to undertake all cleaning duties with a professional attitude and an awareness that there may be students on site
Flexibility to work across either school sites and during the school holidays

This is a year round role as the team do clean the site during school holidays
