How to apply for operator permits for community minibus sharing schemes.
We issue standard Section 19 Permits as a Governing Body under the Transport Act 1985. Please note that we do not issue large bus permits (17 or more passenger seats) - these can only be issued by the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA).
Further information about Section 19 Permits is available on VOSA's website.
To apply for a new permit, please complete the standard section 19 permit application form (PDF , 190KB).
