How we assess reports
Please tell us:
- the location of the blocked drainage channel or roadside ditch
- the extent of the issue
- photographs if available
Investigatory levels
We will usually investigate where:
- water cannot flow freely
- flooding affects the highway
- neighbouring land or property is affected
- highway safety may be compromised
What happens after you submit a report
The issue will be inspected and maintenance arranged where necessary.
