How we assess reports
Please tell us:
- the location of the salt bin
- the type of issue
- photographs if available
Investigatory levels
Please report:
- empty bins
- damaged bins
- missing lids
- bins that cannot be accessed
What happens after you submit a report
We will inspect the issue and arrange maintenance where required.
