What we need to know
You'll need to let us know the exact location of the nameplate.
If it's a town or village, we'll need the following information:
- postcode
- street name
- number of the nearest house
If it's in a rural area, we'll need to know:
- the road or area name
- name of the nearest farm or house
- any significant landmarks
