From 8 July to 9 September 2024 we ran an ‘Early Conversation’ consultation on the new Local Plan. This was to seek communities’ views on where they live and how they think our area should change.
We asked for people’s views on a range of topics and themes including People and Place, Climate and Nature, Housing, Economy, Travel and Infrastructure and Health and Communities.
We held 16 drop in events across the Local Plan area and spoke with over 700 members of the public. We encouraged people to read our leflet and to complete an online survey.
