Determined Eden District Council applications (older records)
We've removed some Eden District Council planning records from the online register. This is whilst we address a data protection (General Data Protection Regulation) and document redaction issue.
If you wish to view determined applications from Eden District Council, email us at planning2@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk. Please quote the reference number in your email.
We'll provide what we can by email. Documents will be redacted upon request before we send them.
If you cannot find an application
New applications might not appear straight away. Applications will not show on the planning register, map or weekly list until it has been validated. Validated means that we have checked the application to make sure it includes the required information.
If you cannot find an application:
- check that you're searching in the correct system. There are separate systems for Barrow, South Lakeland or Eden, waste and minerals, the Lake District National Park and the Yorkshire Dales National Park
- try searching by reference number, postcode, site address or map location
- you might need an archived search - you may have to pay a fee for this
Request an archived search for older records
Archived records are older applications that:
- may not be available online
- might not include full documentation
