Forecast: Cloudy this afternoon, with an area of light showers spreading in from the west. Showers will fall as a mix of rain and wet snow, becoming all snow at times - especially away from lower ground and coastal areas. There is a risk of these showers falling on sub-zero surfaces in places, as RSTs will struggle to recover above zero. Showers continue this evening, becoming drier later and overnight, with variable cloud cover. RSTs below zero, with hoar frost and ice.
