There's a range of help available to help you to quit smoking or vaping. 

This includes support from your local pharmacy. You can access this service as your first step to quitting, or you might access it after you refer yourself to our Stop Smoking team.

Pharmacies also can offer a free twelve-week course of nicotine replacement therapy, which includes: 

  • patches
  • lozenges
  • sprays
  • inhalers
