EYFS/KS1 Fixed Term teacher

The Governors of Church Walk C.E. Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated teacher (0.4), to join our friendly hard-working team on a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave from September 2024. We are looking for a teacher who has recent experience of teaching in EYFS and Key Stage 1 and has the ability to adapt their teaching style to suit the needs of our children.

We are looking to appoint a candidate who:
 • Is motivated and enthusiastic about teaching; 
• Has proven high-quality teaching skills and commitment to raising standards;
• Is supportive of our Christian values and ethos 
• Is passionate about making learning a challenging and enjoyable experience;
• Can create a stimulating learning environment
• Will work well in a small hard-working team; 
• Is flexible, and willing to participate in the full life of the school.
• Has excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to teamwork has experience of working with and be supportive of children with SEND.
