The Governing Body is seeking to appoint, with effect from 1st September 2024, an outstanding, motivated and inspirational individual to lead our high performing Design and Technology and Art Faculty. The post holder will be responsible for the line management of the Design and Technology and Art Faculty whilst leading, developing and taking responsibility for the performance of the faculty staff.

The Design and Technology and Art Faculty is a dynamic and vibrant place to be with a team of 10 enthusiastic and committed teachers. This is a great opportunity for an exceptional and dynamic lead practitioner to play a pivotal role in a high performing department.

The successful candidate will share our passion for education and demonstrate strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills.  They should be in tune with our values and our ethos of “children first” and be totally committed to providing a deep and rewarding experience in Design and Technology and Art for all our students regardless of their academic ability.
