Teacher of Maths (0.7 FTE)
(To cover Maternity Leave 01 September 2024 to 04 April 2025)
1.0 FTE of which at least 0.7 FTE would be Maths

The Lakes School is seeking to employ a motivated and positive individual to join our team as a Teacher of Maths.  This post will be to cover maternity leave on a fixed term contract from 1 September 2024 to 4 April 2025.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach across the ability and age range, including GCSE and A Level Maths, and will join experienced colleagues within the school.  The post would be suitable for either an NQT/ECT or more experienced teacher.

Importantly, the successful candidate will benefit from joining a supportive, dedicated and forward-thinking department.

We are a high achieving, fully comprehensive school; a dynamic and innovative centre at the heart of the Lake District where all pupils are encouraged to be inspired, feel challenged, become empowered.  The Lakes School was graded good in all areas by OFSTED in November 2019.
