The Headteacher and Governing Body of St. Paul’s C of E Junior School wish to appoint an inspirational, compassionate and flexible Senior Teaching Assistant/ Teaching Assistant (depending on qualifications and experience) to join our friendly, hard-working team.

• Has good communication skills.
• Has compassion and sensitivity towards children.
• Has knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Has relevant experience and qualifications (NVQ L3 or equivalent for STA, NVQ L2 or equivalent for TA) to meet the needs of pupils with SEND.
• Has experience of contributing to the planning of work and adaptation of resources to meet the needs of individual pupils.
• Is able to adapt to what the situation requires.
• Is able to work as part of a team.
• Has a passion for children’s wellbeing and learning.
• Values a holistic approach to children’s learning.
