Estates Manager

The Directors of the Mater Christi Trust are looking to appoint a Estates Manager to join our Central Team 
Contract: Permanent, Part Time, Term Time Only + 2 weeks (40 weeks) or Full Year
Salary: Grade 17, SCP 45 - 47 Pro Rata Term Time Only £19,626, Full Year £22,345.54
Location: Ulverston

Purpose
Planning, management and delivery of the Estates and Facilities Management service across the Mater Christi Trust.
To lead and oversee the estate management programme for the Trust including premises, facilities, Health and Safety, contract management and capital works.
