The Local Governing Body are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring class teacher to join our school. 
Vickerstown Primary School is a member of South Cumbria Multi Academy Trust (SCMAT), with an aim to inspire young people and change lives through excellence in education in South Cumbria.

We are looking for a person who: 
-    has a passion for working with young children and is kind, caring and flexible
-    has experience of working in either KS1 or KS2 and is able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
-    can demonstrate exceptional teaching across the curriculum with strong behaviour management strategies
-    is an inspirational role model who is highly motivated and committed to working as part of a  school team 
-    has high expectations and demonstrate a commitment to raising standards and achieving the best for all our children, both academically and personally
-    is committed to inclusion and to providing exciting and stimulating learning opportunities for children of all abilities
-    is able to form successful relationships with parents and the wider community
-    is able to incorporate technology into the classroom in innovative and exciting ways
