Required for September Start
PCD5 - Grade 5, SCP6 - £13.05 per hour-  13 hrs per week, potentially all day Wednesday and Friday, but could be Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon.

The children, staff and governors are looking to appoint one Teaching Assistant for a September start. We want a friendly team player with high expectations to join our enthusiastic, hardworking team.  Under the direction of teachers/senior staff, tasks include supporting children 1-1 and providing active break times. There will also be some general classroom-based tasks alongside the main duties.

Essential Attributes
•    Is hard-working, has high standards and enjoys the challenge of working in a small school environment. 
•    Experience of working with small groups or individual children.
•    Understands the importance of play-based learning. 
•    Team member but to also show initiative when required.  
•    Is knowledgeable and organised.
•    Is helpful, understanding, calm and consistent in their standards and behaviour.
•    Is flexible, enjoys sharing ideas and who understands the importance of collaboration. 
•    Will promote the schools chosen Christian values and, has an understanding of the importance of them in Church Schools.
•    Has experience if working in classrooms. 
Desirable Attributes
•    Has an interest in developing learning through outdoor play. 
•    Has an interest in providing quality 1-1 intervention and support.
