Estates Manager

The Directors of the Mater Christi Trust are looking to appoint an Estates Manager to join our Central Team 
Contract: Permanent, Part Time 20 hours per week, Full Year

Salary: Grade 17, SCP 45 – 47 £56,883 - £59,198 per annum, pro rata £30,747.57 – £31,998.92

Location: Ulverston, Marl Business Hub, LA12 9BN 

Purpose:
Planning, management and delivery of the Estates and Facilities Management service across the Mater Christi Trust.

To lead and oversee the estate management programme for the Trust including premises, facilities, Health and Safety, contract management and capital works.
