 Group 2, Leadership Pay Ranger , £67,898 – £75,049 per annum.

The Directors of the Mater Christi Trust and Governors of St Mary’s Catholic Primary School Ulverston are looking to appoint an inspirationalcommitted Headteacher who shares our Catholic vision and has the passion and ambition to lead St Mary’s. This is a school with a strong Catholic Ethos, with experienced and dedicated staff and a very supportive Governing Body. St Mary’s has a very long history of high standards and excellence. We are looking for a wonderful Headteacher who will embrace the school’s loving Catholic ethos and who will be excited to build on existing strengths.

•    Someone who is able to lead, motivate and inspire staff and pupils to achieve.
•    A creative and strategic thinker with energy and resilience.
•    An exceptional teacher.
•    Someone who is able to communicate well with good organisational and personal skills.
•    Someone who will ensure our children are known and loved.
