Teaching assistant post (P5) available: 15.0 hrs (9:00 – 12:00 Mon- Fri), temporary (fixed term contract) to cover maternity
PCD5 - £25, 989.00 pro rata for part time & term time only working.

Flookburgh CE Primary School is looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and calm teaching assistant for a part-time, temporary post, available from November 2025 through to March 2026

Are you able to support a child with learning or emotional needs?

Are you able to build positive relationships with children and recognise and build on their unique characters and abilities?

Are you able to communicate clearly in verbal and written form with colleagues?

Are you able to keep accurate records of behaviour and progress?

Do you have an understanding of child-centred approaches that develop capacity to make informed choices and act as a role model to others?

Are you able to work both under direction and to exercise your own initiative?
