Class Teacher KS 2 Part Time (0.4), Fixed Term 18 Months to August 27

The Governing Body of this thriving community school is looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing and excellent Year 5 teacher to join our caring and dedicated team.   The position will be available initially from 1st January 2026 until 31st August 2027 due to budgetary funding.

The successful, suitably qualified applicant will need to demonstrate:

• evidence of excellent classroom practice;
• recent Primary teaching experience;
•    Knowledge and understanding of inclusive practice;
• a commitment to inclusion and securing the very best outcomes for all our children, particularly our disadvantaged children;
• a willingness to work flexibly, in both the classroom and the wider school, as a hard-working member of a committed staff team;
•   An ability to engage proactively with families and wider stakeholders.

Visits to the school are encouraged by appointment with the Headteacher.
