Permanent, Part Time, School Administrator

 Start Date: TBC
 

Hours: 20 hours per week – Wednesday-Friday, Term Time (38 weeks) + 2 weeks
Contract Type: Permanent

The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced; professional and enthusiastic School Administrator who can demonstrate excellent organisation, communication and administrative skills and maintain high standards within a busy school office. This is a part time role to be shared alongside our current School Administrator.

Candidates will need excellent communication, literacy, maths and ICT skills as well as being able to use the school’s management information system with appropriate training.

The successful candidate will:

•    Be friendly and approachable for frontline reception duties, dealing with enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone and via e-mail

•    Be open to professional development opportunities and have high expectations of your own practice
•    Have experience of working in a school office environment 
•    Be innovative in the use of IT to enhance systems and processes
•    Have experience of dealing with building and health and safety management in a school environment
