The Governors of St Bernard’s Catholic High School in Barrow in Furness are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant

Contract: Permanent
29.05 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks)
Reduced hours may be considered

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to work as part of the Inclusion Department in school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils’ social, physical and emotional well-being in order to help them realise their full academic potential in a range of curriculum areas. Under the supervision of teaching staff and the school SENCO you will    undertake a range of tasks to support teaching and learning of pupils with special educational needs by working with individuals or small groups either in or outside of the classroom.
