The subscription year runs from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. You can download the terms and conditions of the garden waste here.

It costs:
- £51 to book online.
- £53 to book over the phone by calling: 01229 876500 (choose option 1)

Please note telephone bookings can only be arranged between the hours of 9:30am to 3pm
These prices are a set amount even if you join midway through the subscription year.

If you want to cancel your garden collection
You should contact us to let us know. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund part-way through the year. If you no longer need the bin, we’ll be happy to remove it.
If you do not pay your subscription fee
All bins remain the property of the Council.
We reserve the right to remove any bin from a property if:
- payment is not received for the subscription year
- you do not comply with the guidance set out on this page
