Support for schools
Introduction
The SEND Specialist Teaching Service has various support teams who work in partnership with schools and settings. The service aims to:
- promote inclusion
- achievement
- get better outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND)
The service provides help to children at an early stage and provides advice and relevant support.
Family Hubs can offer a range of support if your family is having challenges.
If school staff wish to request support from one or more of the services, they should complete the referral form, indicating what services they are requesting help from and the outcomes they are seeking.
