Welcome to Kendal West Family Hub, based at St Thomas’ School in Kendal Green, where we offer advice, universal drop-in sessions and targeted support to help families build resilience and wellbeing.

We offer and provide:

  • information, advice and signposting
  • universal drop-in sessions such as ante-natal groups, supporting children with additional needs, staying safe online; for current details, please see our Facebook page or contact us direct on 01539 713 070 or email slakesfamilyhubs@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk
  • targeted 1 to 1 or group support (via referral) for those who need extra help to develop resilience, parenting skills or emotional wellbeing
  • a strengths-based approach using Signs of Wellbeing to identify needs
