Suggestions for changes to our propsals

We cannot accommodate requests for alternative restrictions or additional proposals at this stage. However, we'll make a note of your request and, potentially, consider it when we're planning for future schemes.

Next steps

We'll prepare a report for the South Lakeland Locality Board once the consultation has ended. The committee of local Westmorland and Furness councillors will consider the consultation responses and make a final decision over which proposals will be implemented.

The final proposals may differ from the draft proposals but they cannot be more onerous than the ones we've originally proposed.

We'll publish the Locality Board's decision when this information is available.
