Forecast: Dry with sunshine to start this afternoon, though clouding over later. A band of sleet and snow will move in from the west this evening, with high ground seeing more in the way of
snow. As the night goes on the precip will increasingly fall as sleet and rain, and will continue into tomorrow morning. RSTs will be erratic within the sleet/snow but will fall around zero
under snow accumulations, with snow and ice hazards for a time. Cloudy tomorrow morning outbreaks of rain
