Road closures and traffic management
Plan ahead as much as possible and prepare for disruption, including for access and deliveries to properties and businesses on the race route.
The Tour de France will bring large crowds to the area, so it is important to plan ahead if you live, work or travel along the route.
Road closures will be in place for several hours to keep spectators and riders safe. Emergency vehicles will still have access at all times.
Some nearby roads and diversion routes may also have restrictions to help manage traffic safely for residents, businesses and visitors.
