You should leave you bins out from 7am till 5pm.
All garden waste should be placed in your brown wheelie bin outside the boundary of your property as we cannot enter without prior permission unless you have requested an assessed collection.
Collections times in Eden are:
Place no more than three garden waste bins on the kerb or collection point. We will only collect up to a maximum of 5 bags of side waste.
We will leave the same number of replacement bags as those set out for collection up to a maximum of 2.
Properties in Penrith receive a 6 monthly allocation of blue bags during late February/early March and late August/early September rather than weekly, eliminating the need for blue bags to be delivered on each collection.
If your refuse contains hot ashes, you can put them in a dustbin. The dustbin must be made of steel and have two handles. Set the dustbin on the kerb or collection point by 6am on collection days.
All collections are between 7am to 3pm.
