30 hours childcare for children aged 9 months to 4 years
If you live and work in England you may be entitled to 30 hours funded childcare support from the term after your child turns 9 months old, until they start school. The entitlement is 1,140 hours if your child takes up the childcare during term time (38 weeks). Some providers will allow you to stretch the hours over the year, using fewer hours per week.
