A driver from Scotland, who failed to pay a Fixed Penalty Notice issued by Westmorland and Furness Council, has been ordered to pay a total of £1,116 by Carlisle Magistrates.
People involved in the world-renowned arts, culture, heritage, festivals and events scene of Westmorland and Furness are being urged to apply for two major grant funds worth a total of just over £260,000.
