Forecast: Cloudy this afternoon with rain and drizzle but brighter conditions will edge into western areas before the end of the afternoon. Skies will clear overnight, albeit still with a few passing showers. Chillier than last night but RSTs will still remain above zero in the strong breeze. Becoming cloudier with rain returning from the west tomorrow morning.
