Family Hubs provide support and guidance to families with children aged 0-19 (25 with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities) in Westmorland and Furness. They aim to keep children, young people and their families happy, healthy and safe by providing spaces and places to learn and thrive.
Family Hubs offer a wide range of services through key areas of support including:
- pregnancy and early years
- parenting
- health and well-being
- housing and financial support
- learning and development
